Privacy police
Most of text and many of its images are co-licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Sharealike 3.0 Unported License (CC-BY-SA) and the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) (unversioned, with no invariant sections, front-cover texts, or back-cover texts).
Media files
For media files (eg images, video, audio) can be subject to different licensing terms. These can be found on each description page.
Important notes
The Swiss Foundation Public Domain does not own copyright on articles, texts and illustrations inside the wiki of the Public Domain Project. It is therefore pointless to email our contact addresses asking for permission to reproduce articles or images.
